Honestly, it's awesome, and to be honest even with two coats it makes an amazing base coat, but the lazy mo-fo in me loves it even more because if I decide half way through doing my nails I don't want to (can't be bothered to) finish off my nails, they still look great. This is the first ever range of nail treatments from Barry M and it features 4 lovely products, all designed to condition and strengthen nails which need a little TLC. My nails feel so much smoother and stronger after just the week of wearing it so I would suggest that taking it off with remover is fine. They dried really quickly and applied evenly, just as all Barry M nail polishes do, and in that respect my love for these nail polishes is just as high as my love for other Barry M nail polishes.

Can I use the super Mani and iron Mani together for added strength before using one of the conditioners?

As previously mentioned, it dries quickly, dries matte, and doesn't generally need touch ups for at least 5 days, but it's not one you can re-layer, it doesn't do well with that. It gives your nails 'that little something' to show you give a damn about your appearance but is lovely and demure and simple, I guess the perfect 'barely there'. This product would be perfect for people who want their nails to look nice, but can’t wear coloured polish to school or work. The Mani Mask is like a multi-purpose, BB Cream style product for nails, that camouflages, colours and conditions nails. If you have less than stellar nail colouration, they're a little bit grey or you feel they're just a bit dull, this will fix that. I’ve definitely seen an improvement in the overall condition of my nails, which feel stronger and definitely haven’t broken as much. It’s designed like a treatment that you use twice a week as either a base coat or standalone product, and results are obvious from the first use.I didn't find my nails were as dry or flaky as usual, and I didn't find myself wanting to peel more and more of it off as it flaked (as I usually do.

The longevity of the nail polish isn’t extended as long as it is with my Nails Inc base coat, but it still works as a great strengthening base coat underneath another nail polish. Barry M do some of the very best nail products available at the most fantastic value, so when they released their new range of nail care products, I couldn’t wait to get stuck-in and try them out. I used it as a base coat and it sat very well under polish, whilst making my weather-beaten nails feel and look stronger. Now, I think if this wasn’t included on the bottle and these were sold as a base coat, my review would finish there; they apply nicely and make your nails actually feel stronger. It’s a really interesting product that really does flatter, with a slightly translucent, semi-matte finish. As a base coat (one coat) it's ace, covers your nails and doesn't bubble with another nail polish over the top, and doesn't feel too cakey or thick. If you’re a big barry M fan like me then these super affordable treatments will be right up your street.
